We give friendly, non-judgemental and confidential advice. It’s a totally free service too, and because the Students’ Union is independent from UWE, our advice is independent and unbiased, and nothing you tell us will appear on your UWE file.

Come and see us for advice about housing and academic issues, financial queries and employment problems.

Going to University can be a nerve-racking time, so we’re here to help you settle in at UWE this September. You can drop in, make an appointment or contact an adviser by phone or email.

Academic

You're here to study, so if something is not going right on your course, or you’re unhappy with a tutor or mark you’ve received, we’re here to help.

Accommodation

We can provide advice and guidance on your accommodation issue, whether you live in a UWE managed property, or off campus in private accommodation.

Employment

Most students need to find a part-time job to supplement their income; make sure you understand your rights & responsibilities.

Health

We want you to be fit and healthy while you are a student here! Read our tips on stress, STDs, Meningitis and more.

Money

If you require advice on additional funds available to you, or need assistance with a debt - look no further - help's here!

Personal Safety
