The Students’ Union Advice Centre is a confidential and non judgemental service available to all UWE students. We are independent too so nothing you tell us will appear on your UWE file without your consent.
Our experienced advisers provide advice, guidance, information & support on a range of issues. If you have a problem in your accommodation, on your course, with UWE, in your job, or with money, then come in and talk to us. If we cannot help we will know someone who can!
Academic
You're here to study, so if something is not going right on your course, or you’re unhappy with a tutor or mark you’ve received, we’re here to help.
Accommodation
We can provide advice and guidance on your accommodation issue, whether you live in a UWE managed property, or off campus in private accommodation.
Employment
Most students need to find a part-time job to supplement their income; make sure you understand your rights & responsibilities.
Health
We want you to be fit and healthy while you are a student here! Read our tips on stress, STDs, Meningitis and more.
Money
If you require advice on additional funds available to you, or need assistance with a debt - look no further - help's here!
