We are a well established business answering service based in central Bristol, and we are looking to make several additions to our team. The main responsibility of the role is to field calls on behalf of our clients in a professional and timely manner, and to accurately capture all relevant data. The applicant must have good communication skills, and have experience working on a daily basis with a PC. The applicant must be willing to work unsocial hours, up to 12 midnight, and at the weekends. Hourly pay rates vary depending on the time of day worked, and full training will be given to the successful candidates.

Shifts are in the evenings and will total 20hrs per week and can be flexible, with either 4 x 5 hour shifts, or 5 x 4 hour shifts on a Monday to Sunday Rota, but the successful applicants must be willing to do at least 2 midnight finishes per week.
