Student Reps meeting information now available online
A complete archive of the minutes of the Faculty Student Councils and Student Representative Council that your student reps attend to represent your views has now been published online.
Each year, UWESU organise at least 50 meetings to capture issues at faculty level, and a further 5 meetings at university level. Over time, this has resulted in a huge amount of data on the student experience at UWE, and we are now, for the first time, able to publish the complete catalogue of UWESU student rep minutes from the past 2 years.
You will be able to find out information on which reps attended the meetings in each faculty, and what was discussed and resolved by each of the Councils. Student reps work at all levels of the university to represent the views of the student body, and each year put in a lot of hours in order to ensure that relevant issues are addressed so that the student experience UWE improves, best practice across faculties is shared, and students have the opportunity to comment on the running of their course and find out what goes on behind the scenes.
