The Foyer-UNIAID Accommodation Bursary scheme has grown this year to 60 places for the academic year 2008/09. The scheme is intended for students who would benefit most from an accommodation bursary, especially those who would otherwise be at risk of withdrawing from their studies. The scheme has been made possible by the generosity of UNITE Group, the UK’s largest student accommodation provider.
We are working so that the Foyer-UNIAID Accommodation Bursary scheme will grow in future years and that more universities will follow the lead of Nottingham Trent University and donate accommodation places via this highly effective route.
