You will learn and practice Chen style Tai Chi and Chi Kung to calm relax and ground oneself for general health and wellbeing. Covering forms, silk reeling, and Chi Kung (breathing exercises). soc is associated with Bristol school of Tai Chi a member of Chen Xiao Wang world Tai Chi association.
