NUS Extra and UWESU Membership Cards

To get an NUS Extra card you will need to bring the following to any Students' Union Office:

• University ID/ copy of University ID.
• Passport sized photo
• £10

You can also do this on-line by visiting: www.nusextra.co.uk

You MUST have all of these for a card to be issued.

To get an UWESU Membership Card you will need to bring the following to any Students' Union Office:

• Your Membership Number for this year (To register online go to: www.uwesu.net/register - this will generate a new membership number for this year)
• Passport sized photo
• University ID
• £3

Can my NUS Extra/ UWESU Membership Card be posted to me?

NUS Extra cards will not be sent out via post.

UWESU Membership cards; you will need to post us:

• A cheque for £3 made payable to UWE Students' Union
• A stamped self addressed envelope
• A photocopy of your student ID card
• A passport sized photograph
• Your Membership Number for this year

To register online go to: www.uwesu.net/register - this will generate you a new membership number for this year.

Special Circumstances:

Stolen cards will be replaced free of charge as long as you have a valid crime reference number.

Post Graduate Students may be issued with University Staff ID cards; additional proof of student status will be requested as University Staff are not entitled to UWESU Membership cards or NUS Extra cards.

University Staff can apply for UWESU Associate Membership Cards at the cost of £3; staff ID and a photograph is required. Available from all Students' Union Offices.
