10. Extraordinary General Meeting
10.1 Membership
All full members of the Union shall be entitled to attend and to vote
10.2 Functions
To provide the opportunity for the Student Representative Council
to have matters of general importance considered in a wider forum
10.3 Quorum
A quorum of 150 members shall be attained before any business may be transacted
11. The Annual General Meeting
11.1 Membership
All full members of the Union shall be entitled to attend and to vote
11.2 Functions
- To serve as the mechanism by which the full members of the Union may monitor the performance of the Union;
- To receive from the Ethics and Quality Committee
an evaluation of the quality of performance of the Union to include its compliance with the values of the Union as expressed in Clause 3 of this Constitution;
- To receive a report as to the external organisations to which the Union is affiliated and the cost of each affiliation;
- To resolve whether to continue to affiliate to any external organisation, affiliation to which impacts on all members of the Union.
11.3 Quorum
A quorum of 150 members shall be attained before any business may be transacted
