7. Framework of Government
7.1 The Union shall be governed through framework of structures that operate such that there shall be:
- structures in which the educational experience of members is considered and through which the student view is identified and represented;
- separate structures through which the Union’s internal management is effected.
7.2 Accordingly the educational experience of members shall be considered, and the views of members, identified and represented, through the operation of the following structures:
7.3 The activities, facilities, finances and services of the Union shall be managed through the operation of the following separate structures:
7.4 The structures hereby established for the representation of members views and for the internal management of Union shall operate in accordance with the practices and procedures as detailed in the following laws:
- Law 4: The Conduct of Elections and Referenda;
- Law 5: The Conduct of Debate;
- Law 6: The Conduct of Meetings;
- Law 7: The Conditions of Elected Office
