More opportunity to offer specific advice and use specific skills. For example, website design
More specific training can be offered, e.g. the NUS campaigning training
An opportunity to develop each executive role and thus develop Students’ Union Sport
An opportunity to improve aspects of Students’ Union sport such as events and campaigns
More specific roles will offer more clarity for committee members when they have questions
An opportunity for members to use other skills
An opportunity for students to go on internal and external training courses
An opportunity to compliment students courses or career path
