About St Matt's SU
Small and perfect, St Matt's is a beautiful old campus with a traditional English sunken lawn surrounded by fantastic 18th Century buildings.
Close to the City, Frenchay and Glenside, St Matt's is a hub of activity, and the home to activities such as the Drama Society, the Fencing Club, and the UWE Pool Team. The SU runs a shop, nursery, office and a bar here. Small enough for people to get to know each other, St Matt's supports a lively social scene. The bar hosts regular events including live music, film, quiz and open mic nights and has the reputation of being the most fun UWESU bar across the campuses!
