The University has recently set up a project group whose aim is to support the development of students’ literacy skills.
A key part of this project is to ensure that students are given the opportunity to share their views.

The NHS Stop Smoking Service is now available at your campus.
Starting Monday 26th May: Ulink introducing a £1 single fare.
Saturday 24th May: Catwalk show and fashion exhibitions.
In support of this term's exams two special double deck buses will run to Frenchay Campus on Saturday 10 and Saturday 17 May.

This Week is Sustainability Week at UWE 21 - 25 April 2008
There is exciting news for all of the UWE students. Recently, UWE has launched its enterprise club to support individual’s wishing to setup their own enterprise.
If you feel uncomfortable about talking in seminars, have difficulty making presentations and generally try to avoid situations where you are the centre of attention, then you have something in common with an estimated 10 to 20% of the population.

After much debate and collaborative work with the University we are pleased to offer you a 'Travel Consultation' document. This document is designed to gauge the opinion, wants and needs of all the UWE community with reference to the subject of transport.
On Monday 7th January, an appointment was made public at UWE that will have a monumental effect on all aspects of University life, including your student experience.
Highly recommended for budding entrepreneurs! There are only four seminars remaining.
Every year Caring at Christmas make the festive season special for people sleeping rough on the streets of Bristol.
