Didn't get into UWE? No problem

Refunds are available for anyone who doesn't make it into UWE for whatever reason. Unfortunately, there are no other circumstances we refund tickets.

What does the Wristband include?

Entry to all official UWE Freshers events. That's every event listed on this website. You will also get queue-jump for you and a friend (they need their own ticket) and reception drinks at selected events. The Main Events Ticket Bundle is available which will get you access to the Main Events only.

Will tickets sell out?

Traditionally, most events sell out ahead of Freshers Week. Some events sell out faster than other since they're all different sizes. Our Facebook page is a good source to keep up to date over what's selling like hot cakes.

Ticket deliveries and lost tickets

We aim to deliver tickets within 5 working days. Please note we do not offer an E-ticket (unless we have sent one to you after prior arrangement). If you lose your tickets or they are stolen, we can arrange replacements by blocking the barcode on the ticket at the event doors.

Delivery and international students

If you have an international address, we will hold the tickets here automatically at UWE (Frenchay Campus).

Free events, non-ticketed events

Just turn up! But please arrive early as we can never guarentee entry.

Bring your papers!

Please bring student and age ID to ALL UWE Freshers events. Driving licence or passports, please.

Purchasing tickets on arrival

It's a risky option, but you could wait until you arrive at UWE to buy your tickets. For the last 3 years, this has left a lot of disappointed Freshers!

I'm not at UWE, can I come?

Tickets will only be available to buy by Freshers, so you can come as long your friend who's coming to UWE buys the ticket.

Other (non-official) freshers events

Look out for any Freshers events which are trying to look official. They might exist, but they're not the events which all the new students will be going to!

Want to bring a friend to an event?

Not a problem, you can bring along up to 3 guests for any UWE Freshers event. If the event is ticketed, you will need to purchase the ticket on their behalf.

Parking for events at Frenchay campus is FREE in Car Parks 2 and 3

Can I Buy Tickets On The Door?

For the past 3 years running all events have sold out before freshers week which means we can't sell tickets on the door. This year we are working on increasing capacities on the night but these tickets will be at a premium and are not guaranteed. So we strongly advise that you purchase your tickets in advance so you don't miss out.
