Does anyone have any good/bad reviews on letwithease?

Myself and my housemates are interested in letting a property with them in the Fishponds area.
However, after several bad experiences with our landlord/letting company this year. We're a bit apprehensive about anyone else who we get involved with.

So, if anyone has ever rented with them/knows someone who's rented with them? Or just generally knows anything about their service (i.e. treating tenants, maintenance problems, rent issues) and how letwithease deals with them? Then me and my housemates would really appreciate it, as it's these kinda things which you often find out about too late (after you signed the dotted line).

Hey Lauren,

I too am going with Letwithease this year and have had a look around and they seem to be pretty good, no bad reviews as of yet!
Apparently they throw parties for letwithease people, and give away champagne.
