Everybody has days when things just don't feel right.
Sometimes though, feeling down can stay with you and have a negative affect on your ability to get on with your life.
Everybody reacts to stress and change in different ways and if something that is happening in your life is stressing you out and making you feel down, don't despair - you are not on your own.
There is support available at UWE and in Bristol to help you to deal with any problems, worries or stresses that you are experiencing. Don't be embarrassed or afraid to ask.
