University Challenge

Applications for the 2008/09 University Challenge are now being accepted with the deadline being before the Easter holidays this year.

For those that don't know University Challenge is a gameshow shown on BBC which involves university students from around the country all competing to show just how much knowledge they have!

Information regarding applications

Please Note - All Team Members must be available for All recording dates.

All Recordings are in MANCHESTER: FIRST ROUND up to two days between 19th to 22nd JUNE

Then 2nd ROUND - on 12th and 13th JULY - revised July dates

Then QUARTERS, SEMIS AND FINAL - 2 days in AUTUMN term

Applications must be returned no later than the start of your particular university Easter vacation - For UWE this is 14 March 2008

Students should NOT have appeared on the TV STAGE of University Challenge for any university on ANY previous occasion
