Non Perishable Foods

Tinned food (E.g. corned beef, soup, baked beans)
Cereals
Soft drinks
Custard (tinned or packet)
Sugar
Tea/coffee
Sauces/Condiments (gravy mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles)
Flour
Cooking oil
Jams and spreads
Cakes and Treats!
(Biscuits, chocolate, sweets, mince pies etc.)

Non food items

Toilet paper
Soap
Shampoo and conditioner
Moisturisers (face and body)
Female sanitary products
Tooth brushes (and tooth paste)
Shower gel
Razors (and shaving gel)
Washing up liquid
Rubber gloves
Washing powder
Cling film and foil

Clothing

NEW underclothes and socks
Good quality Second-hand warm, casual clothes (both men and women 18-40 years old)
Clean sheets, pillow cases and sleeping bags (but no duvets).
