Violence Awareness Course
A two session course on self defence and personal safety.
Over the two classes the course will cover :-
- Risk assessment
- Development of a Personal Safety Strategy
- Physical "breakaway" techniques
- Self Defence and the Law
The course fee is £5 which will be donated to charity.
Ian Purnell, senior Instructor of UWE Jitsu club with over 20 years experience of martial arts, will be taking the course.
