UWE is currently participating in the pilot of the national Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey. This survey is open until 31st August 2008 and is available for all UWE postgraduate taught students to complete.
This survey will provide the University and the Students' Union with useful feedback which will enable the University to assess the student perspective of how it is performing in relation to the Quality Assurance Agency's Code of Practice. The output will be evaluated in your faculty and in university groups and an action plan drawn up to enhance the UWE postgraduate taught student experience and their performance against the Code of Practice.
In any quantitative research the higher response rate the better. The more students who reply to the survey, the more accurate picture of the actual situation UWE will receive, and the University will be in a more informed position to respond to postgraduate taught students' needs.
UWE, including the Students' Union, gives its full support to this survey and we would like to encourage all our postgraduate taught students to complete it. You should have received an email with details about where to go to complete the survey online, but if not, please contact studentreps@uwe.ac.uk and we will send you the link directly.
