Thousands of students will march through the streets of London to stand up for their future. With a government that is consistently taking students' futures from them, it is more important than ever that your voice is heard.

"The National Demo is a chance for us to take the fight on cuts to the government, rather than waiting for them to impose more injustice on the student body. Prevention is better than cure and now is the perfect time for UWESU to support NUS and our student activists in pushing the agenda"
Olly Reid, UWESU’s Education Vice President
When?
On the 21st November 2012. 1000s of students will take to the streets of London.
Why?
"As students, you've got a lot to be angry about. You've had your education systematically attacked across the board by the coalition. And even if you get to the other end, what have you got to look forward to? Youth unemployment is at an all time high, getting on the property ladder is next to impossible and we don't even have the safety net of pensions to look forward to any more. In a year in which there are no votes in parliament and no legislation coming before politicians it's about time we started setting the agenda." NUS President - Liam Burns
