Description

The Live music society was established in 2007 with the intention of hosting events that would allow students to experience live music on a regular and cheap basis.

We host events such as Open Mic Nights, gig nights and DJ sets. We also provide students with the chance to perform at these events which are held at UWESU bars and in town.

We provide discounts at music shops and instrument lessons for members, while training members in sound technology and live equipment and enabling members to record their music.
