"UWE hosts the largest Freshers' Fair in the UK!"

Friday 21st September at the ECC, Frenchay Campus. 11am-4pm

Make sure that you are there to check out a whole host of commercial stalls alongside UWESU’s own sports clubs, societies and networks.

Local and national companies will be vying for your attention with freebies and giveaways while our clubs and societies will be showing off what they can do with displays and demonstrations.There will be live music, entertainment, food and the last opportunity to try out free sport for all, so it is not to be missed!

Not only will all UWESU Sports, Societies and Networks be at the fair but so will the biggest nightclubs, bars, restaurants, take-aways, charities and much more; promoting everything Bristol has to offer students. This includes Showcase cinema, Za Za Bazaar, Virgin Media and Bunker nightclub.

The Exhibition Centre (ECC) is located on Frenchay Campus. Wessex Red buses regularly run to Frenchay Campus from Glenside, St Matt's, Bower Ashton and the city centre, making it really easy to get to the fair.

Buses run 14 times an hour from the city centre to Frenchay via six different routes - visit WessexRed for full info. You can save money on travel by buying a bus smartcard from UWE Student Lettings.

UWESU want everyone to enjoy their experience at the Freshers' Fair event and strive to make access easy for everyone. If you have any access requirements and/or may require assistance on the day, please contact us at union@uwe.ac.uk by the 18th September 2012 and we will be able to discuss with you how we can help make your visit an enjoyable one. We will also be able to handle any special access requirements on the day of Freshers' Fair via the UWESU Information point in the ECC building.
