The UWE Community Volunteer Programme (CVP) helps UWE students and staff to find fantastic volunteering opportunities, helping out the local community. There are hundreds of opportunities on our website, but we’ve also got some Union based projects that we really need your help with!

UWE Students' Union Volunteering helps students set up their own projects and events and puts on volunteering taster sessions on campus and in the Bristol area. We will work together to make sure your volunteering opportunity is the best suited to your needs.

What sorts of things can you get involved in through CVP?

  • Helping to maintain nature reserves
  • Mentoring people with autism
  • Supporting witnesses in court
  • Sitting on management committees of local charities
